Ground floor studio flat, 4 beds, in a quiet residence 200 metres from the beach. Fully furnished and equipped, with a equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and fenced courtyard. Equipped with air conditioning, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed and bath linen not included, provided at a cost of €10 per person.
Nearby: supermarket, bars, fresh fish restaurants and a water park ideal for families. The Spiaggia Longa, the most popular in the area, is easily accessible on foot.
